Shipping Information
Shipping Methods & Rates
2–5 Business Days
1,500 FCFA (Free over 50,000 FCFA)
24–48 Hours (Douala only)

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can track your package using:
- ›The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or SMS
- ›Your account's 'Order History' section
- ›Our 'Track Order' page with your order number
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all regions of Cameroon — from Douala and Yaoundé to Bafoussam, Bamenda, Garoua, and beyond. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time and incur extra fees calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (MTN MoMo, Orange Money, or bank transfer).
Please note: It may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your mobile money provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- •Personal care and hygiene products
- •Perishable goods
- •Final sale items marked 'non-returnable'
- •Gift cards
- •Customised or personalised items
Need an Exchange?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
