By using Gugulu, you represent and warrant that:

Account Registration
To access certain features of Gugulu, you may be required to register for an account. When registering:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
Purchases and Payment
Pricing and Availability
- ›All prices are in CFA Francs (FCFA) and are subject to change without notice
- ›Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed
- ›We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
- ›Pricing errors may be corrected, and orders may be cancelled if necessary
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Cash on Delivery (Douala only), and bank transfer.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the total amount including taxes and shipping fees.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location within Cameroon and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Gugulu are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, subject to certain conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, Gugulu and all content on the site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are the property of Gugulu or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- ›Use our trademarks or branding without authorisation
- ›Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Cameroonian law, Gugulu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of Gugulu shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or 50,000 FCFA, whichever is greater.
Disclaimers
Gugulu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- ›Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- ›Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- ›Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, including applicable OHADA regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Gugulu shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Gugulu after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
